Problem at Hand

Approach
Posterity launched a project phase, assembling a 4 to 5 member task force. They rapidly scaled from 50 to 100 personnel within two to three weeks, leveraging their skill centers, National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), and job boards for white-collar roles. On-site deployment included compliance and onboarding roles, supported by an account manager for seamless integration. This strategy stabilized the accelerated ramp-up within two months, achieving a monthly increase from 200 to 300 personnel, targeting talent from semi-rural and urban areas and campuses like ITI, and Polytechnic institutions.
Posterity Made an Impact
By providing not only the required workforce but also streamlining the recruitment process, Posterity facilitated operational efficiency and enabled the client to focus on strategic objectives. The client was able to meet the significant target. Attrition and backfill reverse planning was executed in a way which exactly fulfilled the requirements. We were able to stabilize the people workforce strength within quarters.
