    Summary

    JOB PURPOSE:

    1. Project Management:

    Manage total HR and business transformation client solutions with comprehensive project management skills and manage/oversee the work project work-streams on specific client, business development and internal projects. manage setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMG's engagement teams, and direct communication of results with clients

    2. Solution Focus:

    Apply Talent Management, Organization Design, Change Management and Transformation and behavioral competencies, with emphasis on understanding the client organization. Exhibit deep understanding and conceptual knowledge of 1-2 of the solution areas, have an experience in the same

    3. Project Financials and Risk Management:

    Lead and manage the project profitability, risk processes, staffing and utilization, invoicing and collections 

    4. Business Development 

    Manage the proposal process, client conversations related to new business prospects. Gauge and follow business leads, work closely with the Partners and Directors in deal pursuits and sales processes/activities

    5. People leadership

    Oversee and drive development of staff, including being mentor and coach to junior team members

    Coach and mentor the project team members to help them perform at their best of the abilities

    Manage team performance

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

    • 8-10 years of overall experience.
    • Extensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project
